The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The location was good, quiet and not far from the tram stop into Florence centre.

Accommodation was within easy walking distance of a tram to the city centre. Host was very helpful on arrival, explaining about the tram and recommending an excellent restaurant.

Easy to get to, there is a tran station nearby and it's just for stops from the city center. Confortable, good breakfast, easy check-in. Important to let the accommodation know what time you are arriving in advance to get the information about self check in on advance.

It is located nicely, with one tram you are in central Florance. Rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast was good! a lot of options. Owner was super nice and Friendly.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Five-minute walk to the streetcar, which takes you to the main terminal. Walking distance to the Duomo. Simple and good breakfast. Located in a quiet area.

The B&b is situated in a nice building. This is a family owned B&b runned by Angelo. It is near tramline 1 which stops at main trainstation st Maria Novella. This stop is called Valfonda. Accommodation is perfect for a city trip. The only remark i have is the cost of shuttle service 70 euro (35 per person). This service is done by Angelo himself. We took a taxi going back which was only 30 euros.

Perfect room just what you need. They even think of little extras like tooth brush. Staff friendly and very helpful. Best breakfast so far in Italy. Many choices for coffee if you are Canadian and like good old fashion drip coffee as well

Breakfast was great with lots of options. Well worth the cost. The location was about a 15 minute walk from the center. The TV services were great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great air conditioining

The best of staying at Jacks place is the location and sense of local atmosphere. It is located at the center of Nice, with amazing options of food, art and historic sites plus just a couple blocks from the beach.

The breakfast was ok. We only had it once out of four night stay here and it did the job. We came down a bit later and they made us extra eggs as they had run out . Wasnt a great deal of option of a cooked breakfast but it did what we needed and filled us up until lunch. We got a bedroom with a garden which was great - bedrooms were big and comfortable had everything we needed . Staff were friendly and helpful . Close enough to main Florence (30 mins walk) or can get the tram so quiet enough to come away from the hustle and bustle . Bed was comfy , room was air conditioned and plenty of room and space to keep your belongings

Our room had doors opening up to a private garden which was totally unexpected, outside they had a comfy swing chair for two. It was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was great. There was a good restaurant at the end of the block. Completely recommend staying here.

The location was good. Just outside the city centre - about 25-30 minute walk depending on walking speed. There is a tram service nearby. The hotel is in a quiet residential area. The staff were very friendly. Chiara stood out as being particularly pleasant. The staff were accommodating and there was soya milk available for my morning coffee/cappuccino. The Wifi was good. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
